Once you have completed your registration you will be sent a confirmation email. You must activate your registration prior to being able to login.
Go to your inbox and click on the activation link in the email. You can now login as a user and shop on the Zazi website.
Login using your username and password. (Please keep in a safe place so if you forget you can look up your username and password).
Browse to the product you wish to purchase.
Select product and choose how many you want
Add to shopping cart.
Repeat process until all products you require are selected
Click on Show Cart on the top of the right hand menu and check the selected products are correct
Proceed to the checkout
You can choose to send your parcel to a different address by adding a shipping address
Choose shipment method from standard or express post and click save (Express will not be available to you if you are not in the express network areas)
Add any comments you wish in the box provided (eg. leave on front porch in a safe place)
Agree to terms of service and then click checkout now.
Confirm your order is correct.
Fill in your CREDIT CARD details (no spaces between numbers) (Savings cards are not accepted)
Press proceed and the payment process will be completed through Securepay
Your order and payment will be sent to Zazi.
Your receipt will be shown
Your products will be shipped Australia Post's E-Parcel service to your shipping address the next business day. Please be aware that you must sign for your parcel apon delivery. If no one is home the parcel will be taken to the nearest post office where you can collect it.
E-Parcel has a tracking service which provides you with details of where your parcel is. When lodged it is scanned and tracking commences from there to when you receive your parcel. Tracking advice is delivered to your provided email address by Australia Post.
